Poster and flyer templates
Posters and flyers still do a job nothing else does: they tell people nearby about something happening soon. This collection currently includes an event poster for fun runs and community events and a minimalist price list flyer for shops, salons and studios. For sales and promotions, see the larger collection of sale and retail posters.
What makes a poster readable
- One headline. The name of the event or offer, large enough to read from across the street.
- When and where. Date, time and place, grouped together so nobody has to search for them.
- One next step. A website, phone number or "register at" line.
- Room to breathe. Empty space makes the important parts stand out; a crowded flyer gets skipped.
How to make a poster or flyer
- Pick a template above.
- Fill in the form with your event or price details. Long titles shrink automatically to fit.
- Download the design to print, post on social media or send by email.
- Customise it (optional) by cloning the template into your account to change colours, fonts, images and layout in the editor.
Where posters and flyers work best
- Community events: fun runs, markets, school fairs and charity days, on noticeboards and shop windows.
- Small businesses: price lists and service menus for salons, studios, cafés and repair shops, on the counter or by the door.
- Social media: the same design shared online reaches people who never walk past the noticeboard.
Put the poster where your audience already is, and keep a digital copy ready to send to anyone who asks.
Print and online sizes
The event poster uses a landscape A-series ratio for printing, and the price list uses an A4 portrait ratio. If you need a square or story version for Instagram, clone the template and change the canvas size in the editor.
A poster for every date or location
Running the same event in several cities, or updating a price list for every branch? Keep one design and generate a version per row of a spreadsheet, each with its own date, venue or prices, or automate it with the image generation API.
